1.Returns and refunds are not supported
Due to the special nature of outdoor products (involving hygiene, safety and customized services), we currently do not offer any form of return or refund service, including but not limited to:
Unopened or used goods (such as tents, sleeping bags and other personal equipment);
Customized products (name engraving tools, exclusive size equipment, etc.);
Special offer promotions or clearance items.
2. Handling of exceptional cases
If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service within 24 hours after signing for them and provide evidence (photos/videos)
Transportation damage: Severe damage to the outer packaging or obvious damage to the goods;
Wrong shipment: The goods do not match the order description at all.
Quality issue: Functional defects occur before use (official quality inspection report is required).
Processing method: We will offer you a free exchange for a similar product or provide you with an equivalent amount of voucher (non-withdrawable).
3. How to initiate an after-sales application
Please send an email to phylaclet@outdoorjyt.com with the subject line [after-sales application + order number] and attach:
Order number and purchase date;
Problem description and clear evidence;
Your contact information.
We will reply with the handling plan within three working days.
4. Disclaimer
Order issues caused by the customer’s own reasons (such as choosing the wrong size, changing color preferences, etc.) are not subject to this policy.
The validity period of the voucher is 30 days and it can only be used in this mall.
